Abstract

Latar belakang: Kebugaran pada ibu hamil menjadi sangat penting terhadap perkembangan janin dalam kandungan dan mempersiapkan kondisi fisik saat melahirkan, serta untuk memudahkan dalam beraktivitas tanpa mengalami kelelahan. Kebugaran fisik yang mencukupi terutama kebugaran kardiorespirasi, dapat membantu mengatasi gejala yang muncul selama kehamilan seperti kelelahan. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kebugaran ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kartasura. Metode : desktiptif observasional denganpendekatan cross sectional study. Populasinya ialah ibu hamil yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Kartasura pada bulan Oktober 2022 berjumlah 237 orang.Sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 149 orang dan disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi & ekslusi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kartasura dari bulan Januari-Maret 2023. Alat ukur penelitian ini dengan menggunakan 10 Meter Walk Test. Hasil : hasil penelitian menunjukkan ibu hamil yang memiliki kebugaran baik yaitu sebanyak 131 orang (87.9%) dan yang memiliki kebugaran rendah berjumlah 18 orang (12.1%). Kesimpulan : Ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kartasura mayoritas memiliki kebugaran yang baik.
